How to center the block in the bootstrap?

Good day!
Is there any clever way to center blocks col-md-3(for example), relative to the parent, when the other blocks are transferred at adaptive layout?

Here. They should be centered and not float: left;

Solution
With col - no. well, you can certainly. but the crutches and crap will be much more than profit.
so do these blocks using inline-block;

If you mean that the blocks were centered on the middle, then the solution is:
.center__item{
 font-size: 0;
 text-align: center;
}
.center__item *{
 font-size: 14px; /* Normally set the same as body*/
}
.center__item .col-md-3{
 display: inline-block;
 float: none;
 vertical-align: top;
}

and the class center__item to add to roditelskogo unit .col-md-3, for example .row
