Multi-city on the CMS Wordpress?

Tell me the correct solution to the problem of long-distance website on CMS Wordpress.

Task:
1. Long distance to create a website that each city was in its subdomain [city.site.com].
2. User registration needs to be done once on the website [site.com].
3. By placing the objects in the admin area you can select the location (city).
4. Objects on the site are displayed in the subdomain [city.site.com], according to their location (city).

Solution
Option1. Network + plug for end-to-end authorization.

Option 2. The city is a separate "column" is arbitrary record type + plug for their removal to a subdomain.

This is the most simple, and certainly not the only options, but it won't be easy even with these it is exact.
Thank you for the great solutions to the problem. Was not aware of similar plugins for subdomain.

Now there arises the question:
1. In an arbitrary type of data I will create the heading [city];
2. Add to it post [object];
3. Establish headings for [city] subdomain [city.site.com];

Summary: How to form a hierarchy of linksto show the [object] category [city]? As I know before setting up a subdomain for the section, the structure of this [site.com/city/object] or [site.com/object]. And after inclusion of the subdomain would be so [city.site.com/object] or so [city.site.com/city/object]? - Elizabeth commented on June 26th 19 at 14:05
: arising questions will be a great many. And each need to ask separately.
But if this is solved, it is necessary to note solved. - ernesto_Reilly1 commented on June 26th 19 at 14:08
: What I do not understand the principle? In the review the explanation of the 4th point of my main question. And this explanation based on Your answer. Would You have another answer, then the review could be different or absent.
This issue will be resolved when I understand that the proposed options will work for me. For this I need to clarify how to form links with this approach. - Elizabeth commented on June 26th 19 at 14:11
