go to /var/log, looking for there or in a subdirectory of the mysql file mysql.log, open it (the easiest way immediately via tail-n 50) and read. it seems to me that in the config something. if this is some kind of nano-VPS, most likely stupid not enough memory. For default configuration like 512MB is not enough. - Arielle15 commented on June 26th 19 at 15:02

please could you tell me how to find out mysql ? launched it? - Romaine.Stiedemann commented on June 26th 19 at 15:32
: why did you do mysql? I understand this is a VPS server with installed Ubuntu. You connect to it remotely. AI what? Well install you database what to do with it? Why is it you? You are there to store that? How to record will then? Your app, a script or something ready?
And in fact it will go much faster if you find a specialist who will be able to speak to you in your native language. - jeramie.Lesch commented on June 26th 19 at 15:35
: at least 2 options.
ps ax| grep mysql will show a list of all processes that have the word mysql
/etc/init.d/mysql status will show status that is the mysql server. started-stopped-something else - Arielle15 commented on June 26th 19 at 15:38
