Setting CNC taxonomies?

Hi friends - please help!

On the website created a custom post type to make it easier to work with posts.
Also created a taxonomy in order to group the articles by category.

Everything seems OK, but noticed that when I sign up for any category in the browser is displayed all right - the name of the site + category wpsite.com/category

but if you click on a post that is to appear in this category, then in the browser you see a different picture - instead - wpsite.com/category/post_name - see wpsite.com/custom_post_type/post_name

that is, for some reason, instead of a category displays the name of the custom record type...
and it's only when switching to the full version of the post

Help to understand!

Hi, all works correctly, because one post can have many taxonomies. Typically, CNC work that way.
If anything, that's good docks for setting up CNC machining for a Custom Post Type and Custom Taxonomy.
