Why postfix does not accept mail from the outside?

After changing the interface addresses with 10.214.2.138 on 172.16.5.4 accepting mail from the outside.
spoiler
NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[46.29.XX.XX]: 450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [46.29.14.34]; from= to= proto=SMTP helo=

And from me outside the mail goes. DNS is configured. back area is. but the postfix is not resolved address. I do not understand why? is there somewhere else where you need to register the dns settings?

Wang that the address you changed, and the port forwarding from outside has not changed to the new address in the local network
well, in this case, Postfix didn't even see that it is knocking. and so he did not like the fact that Google etc. can not find hostname from dns - dean.DuBuque commented on June 26th 19 at 14:23
: a DNS server on it spelled out? available? other names resolvit? - Franz.Waters16 commented on June 26th 19 at 14:26
I just changed the interface address, mask, gateway, and DNS. the system names resolved. and no Postfix

: a in line
from= to= proto=SMTP helo=
so helo is empty, or is there a real name? their address back resolvida? - Franz.Waters16 commented on June 26th 19 at 14:32
: where is it? can the entire row? - dean.DuBuque commented on June 26th 19 at 14:35
