Is it possible to digitalocean on one droplet to run a php script and node.js?

Hi master. Please tell me whether in any one droplet digitalocean, only different subdomains to run node.js (specifically ghost cms) and php scripts. If Yes, then please tell me how. I would really appreciate a link to the manual.

For example, nginx listens for incoming requests and proxies them to nodejs on a local port, say, 54321, for one damage, and another gives the static or proxy to php-fpm requests to php.
