What skills are important for a system administrator?

Good afternoon.
My dream is to become a system administrator at least a helper(I know that the work is very heavy).
So I would like to know what skills are important for a system administrator ?
Whether to learn to electrician to master or other knowledge in electronics ?
I know that most administrators are self-taught
But they own those or other skills.

An electrician is an electrician, can learn if you are planning to get into the cabinets with high voltage. Can save you from death.
