The HP ProBook 4540s will not turn off, and rebooted. How to fix?

Good day!
The HP ProBook 4540s began to reboot instead of turning off, it turns off just by holding the power button on the front panel of the laptop. After going into sleep or hibernate mode also turns itself on.
On the laptop ustanovila Windows 7 Pro x64. Windows reinstalled, it didn't help. The laptop restarts, even if you turn it off the button before booting Windows. Virus scan was carried out, everything is clean. In the power settings to the default settings.
Function Wake-on-LAN tried to turn off in the BIOS, nothing has changed.
The command powercfg –lastwake responded -0/
The command powercfg –devicequery wake_armed - answered with the name of the built-in network card, in device Manager is banned this device to Wake the computer from standby, also without result.

Don't know how, but I have a dedicated graphics card made the same laptop to Wake up and perezagruzite. You can try to put the other drivers to the graphics card, even like in the BIOS there was some kind of setting associated with a discrete card.
