What's wrong with my Notepad++?

Downloaded notepad++ from the official website. When you first start I see a strange file change.log with this contents:

The changes that have occurred in the latest version compared to previous one.

In the settings is set to "show last open files", so when you open it shows a logfile, which made the list last.

Go to the shortcut properties Notepadd++ and the "Object" will delete: C:\Program Files\Notepad++\change.log
