Lost the ability to use mouse in Win 10 on a Lenovo ideapad Z710, what to do?

Windows 10 Pro (Insider preview), all the drivers installed with of.site but does not work touch pad.
Device Manager->Mice and other pointing devices>Lenovo Pointing Device(!)
(Properties->General tab), the this device cannot Start (Code 10).
The latest driver from lenovo (from 10.09.2015).
(Properties->Details tab) hardware IDS ACPI\VEN_STU&DEV_1104
Panel Options->Devices->Mouse and touchpad, no touchpad settings, only the mouse settings and advanced settings of the mouse. On the screen the cursor is missing, the touch panel does not respond to enable/disable by pressing F6.
When you connect a USB wired/wireless/bluetooth mouse in device Manager appears HID-compliant mouse, but the cursor still does not appear and does not work neither touch nor mouse.
Uninstall, or disable via the task Manager does not work (after 3-5 minutes, the device appears again and installs the driver).
When physically disconnecting the device, nothing changes. The device physically sits on USB and on PS/2, as well as a built-in keyboard.

Ok, just fell back on the usual Win 10. Apparently the problem is arrived you upgrade to the Anniversary Edition Preview Insiders - in particular there is a new Defender who offered to "fix the problem with the driver from lenovo pointing device", then it all started.
