Buildin skype Windows 10 preview version — how to run this built-in Skype with any parameter?

buildin skype windows 10 preview version - how to run this built-in Skype with any parameter?
( I want to set the parameter /secondary to second user account to authorize)
The problem is that this "pre-release Skype" from the app store directly run the executable is not, says to run it only in the context of the container application, and I think that how to run it with extra parameter?
Create a shortcut to it doesn't help - it turns out the label is not editable without the possibility to specify additional parameters)

In universal apps there is no command-line parameters. They run through the URI. For example skypeuwp:// but what it takes arguments is unknown.
