How to add external javascript file in the browser?

In the project there are a couple of javascript files, which are used for ajax requests. The development is on the local computer, when poured on to the server you have to change the way these ajax requests. How to make a config in which to store the path, and so I changed it.

ask var base-url in a shared scope and then to register all the URLs: base url + chunkUrl
you can change when you deploy this url manually. I have several servers and all it does is gulp. once done him a task and not worried that I forgot to change in the Gulf
