Is there a plugin to automatically change the css?

The task was to add all classes in a css prefix r-.
Is there a plugin for text editors to be able to automatically change the desired css?

As an option
1) Ctrl + Shift + F
2) Find In writing .
3) In the line in the middle of the full path to the directory with css-kami (subdirectories are automatically)
3) To write a string Replace .r-

CAUTION. Will replace all points, even those that are in the paths/units. If the project is not huge, for a couple of minutes to fix it. Sublime other solutions does not, as far as I understand
