Preloader does not become the desired color in any way. What is the reason?

Is there a website ecuras.com there are preloader <div id="qLoverlay"></div>
that red color! Although written in CSS #qLoverlay{color: orange !important;}, the same rule set via JS:
jQuery(function($){
$('#qLoverlay').each(function(){
 this.style.setProperty( 'color', 'orange', 'important' );
})
 })

But the preloader is still red. Please help me to understand what's the problem?

Color preloader here varies from this rule:
#spinner:before {
 border-top-color: #e1472f;
 border-left-color: #e1472f;
 border-right-color: #e1472f;
}

PS js you it cannot install because :before is ShadowDOM, but using css completely.
how do you know this? - Peter.Oberbrunner84 commented on June 27th 19 at 15:39
but the main part of the preloader remained red, I would change the color... - Kelton_Nicolas4 commented on June 27th 19 at 15:42
