Want to make your own Android device. Where to find all the necessary information?

Want to make your own Android device home (alarm clock). While outlined the following action plan:
1) Create your build Android. It to make own home screen which will actually control buttons for the alarm clock. To create an alarm clock app.
2) to Buy a supported Android phone and put your own build of Android.
3) In case of success of the two previous points to buy some kind of target Board which is Android and try to put your build. Well, actually try to make a device based on this Board.

Please tell me what to read on the topic of the creation of such devices and advise which Board is better to take for the device to be the screen, speakers, and assumes the power of networking.

Solution
https://developer.android.com/things/hardware/inde... - not easier? and you can do without custom assemblies
thanks for the link - Ashlynn.Grant commented on June 27th 19 at 15:41

I would take a Raspberry, would put Android in there and collect nothing.
I mean their build of Android? Is ready Android builds for the raspberri or what? - Ashlynn.Grant commented on June 27th 19 at 15:43
Yes https://www.raspberrypi.org/magpi/android-raspberry-pi/
If I'm not mistaken, Android 7 is only officially supported on the Raspberry PI - Ashlynn.Grant commented on June 27th 19 at 15:46
raspberry with Android shitty friends, Yes.
But in addition to raspberries, there are for example Orange Pi Zero's just worth a penny and has the official build of Android

I did not mention Orange as it peripherals less, and people clearly took a swing at kit the whole house ;-) (Always starts with an innocent alarm ;-) - Sandra_Kautzer42 commented on June 27th 19 at 15:52
: kit raspberry quite screwed and the orange, any samudraya interfaces I have not seen. gpio uart i2c and all - tyreek_Heidenreich commented on June 27th 19 at 15:55
Great, now the author of a topic there is a choice ;-) - Sandra_Kautzer42 commented on June 27th 19 at 15:58

Do you have such ideas need to start development by writing a new Android :)
Actually, it's not advised to do this (develop own hardware for the operating system) - if you are done as though something deep development:
1) schema processors\large microcontrollers
2) 4-8 layer printed circuit boards with data buses
3) writing software device drivers
4) writing programs embedded microcontrollers
5) ....
to debug this the whole complex to a digestible state don't have the nerve, money and life :)

Now a new device developed by teams spending on the development kit from the processor manufacturer tens of thousands of dollars trying to adapt this kit to your device, parallel debugging software on test PCB kit.
well, as it turned out everything you listed already done by other people and sell it for cheap)) ordered a raspberry pi, will it do - Ashlynn.Grant commented on June 27th 19 at 15:45

Build Android is done under a SPECIFIC model.
That is, first take a used phone, and then doing the Assembly.
