How to correctly connect a third-party jar library with the signature to the servlet?

Good day to all! Does not work connection of third-party jar libraries
to the servlet (Eclipse + Tomcat). Place the jar directly in the lib folder of the server, the server
ceases to start immediately. The text of the servlet:

import java.io.IOException;
import java.io.PrintWriter;
import javax.servlet.ServletException;
import javax.servlet.annotation.WebServlet;
import javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet;
import javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest;
import javax.servlet.http.HttpServletResponse;
/**
 * Servlet implementation class PrepayServlet
*/
@WebServlet("/PrepayServlet")
public class PrepayServlet extends HttpServlet {
 private static final long serialVersionUID = 1L;

/**
 * @see HttpServlet#HttpServlet()
*/
 public PrepayServlet() {
super();
 // TODO Auto-generated constructor stub
}

/**
 * @see HttpServlet#doGet(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response)
*/
 protected void doGet(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response) throws ServletException, IOException {
 // TODO Auto-generated method stub

}

/**
 * @see HttpServlet#doPost(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response)
*/
 protected void doPost(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response) throws ServletException, IOException {
 // TODO Auto-generated method stub
}
}

The simplest servlet. I understand that the problem of the digital signature in this jar (there are files RSA and SF). How to ensure correct connection of the library to bypass this signature? Or how to configure Eclipse or Tomcat to ignore the file signature. Thank you.
