Does lenovo ideacentre replace the RAM?

There is a monoblock ideacentre 200-01ibw(link model page)

By default, it has one dice on 4GB that was not enough. In honor of the new year I bought 1 box to 8GB

When I changed the memory the computer has stopped running even before the BIOS, and just beeps. The feeling is 3 long beeps and 1 long. When replacing the memory back in everything works fine.

Accordingly, I would like to understand whether a General computer replacement RAM? And if so, what is this exactly? According to the website max. 16GB, so no problems expected.
And if everything should work fine, how can I check the memory on marriage?

There is 1 slot? 1 plank for 8 GB is very little where you want.
If slot two, the best solution is to pick up a pair to the existing 4 GB to match the frequency.
