Simulate keystrokes in Python 3 without win32api?

How to do it without using modules win32api/con/com/gui? They are on my 64x Win 10 Python 3 not installed! But sendkeys is not suitable because they do not imitate, but sends to a form programmatically.
Simple code, like this:
text = [..., ..., ...]
for i in text:
print(i)
 text_wnd = driver.find_element_by_xpath('//input[@name="sometext"]')
text_wnd.send_keys(i)
 sleep(0.1)

upd:
Maybe tell me how to install those libraries (win32), I think the iron is a new and Python 3 no longer want them. They've installed using the installer, but incorrect (see the Python part of them, and of course none of this works).
