Can the modal window conflict with each other?

On one page connected three widgets: modal window callback (action site/callback), form form (action site/anketa) and the modal window feedback (action review/add). Connected in the same order.
Each approximately the same code (different variable names)
<?php echo BsHtml::ajaxSubmitButton(Yii::t('app','Send'), $this--->createUrl('site/anketa'), array(

 $(".captcha img").attr({"src": "/review/captcha/refresh/?"+Math.floor(Math.random()*(98)) + 1});
 $(".images .thumbnails li").remove();
 $.each(data, function(key, val)
 $(".captcha img:first").trigger("click");

But adequately only works for the form, sends the data to your action, a call back also opens your modal window, but the data is sent to site/anketa and reviews - in General, the modal window does not open, but in the console shows that it refers also to site/action.
What's the possible error why everyone goes to site/action?
P. S. sorry for the confusion of thoughts, a php newbie.

UPD the problem has been solved, the problem is the same id buttons, used them for the styles and forgot to change.

Look at the ID of the window.. maybe it's there... as an option to connect hands...
Thanks for the reply. Rechecked the id, all right. The questionnaire tried to connect using renderPartial - the same problem, but now all not dispatched on site/anketa and site/callback - Guido.Bos commented on July 2nd 19 at 13:26
I mean not to use embedded chips in Yii and hands to create and connect the modal window and how to use JS - Alison.Bail commented on July 2nd 19 at 13:29
