That artifact in Firefox and how to fix it?

Good time of day. A week ago in Firefox appeared artifact when scrolling the page appears a diagonal line, which distorts the text, and with it the horizontal line, starting from the end of the diagonal line and ending in the left margin. Sometimes it happens that there is only a few horizontal lines all in the same corner.

Also managed to capture it on video:

This problem only in Firefox. Tested in Opera, Chrome - all fine. Line appear only on the text, the pictures and while viewing video in browser - all fine.
What is the magic?

Solution
Try playing with the setting "Use hardware acceleration when available"/"use hardware acceleration" (in the advanced tab)
In this tab disabled "Use automatic scrolling". Like, helped. Also the function "use hardware acceleration" was disabled and it remains so. - skyl commented on July 2nd 19 at 13:28
