How to optimize server and website server capacity?

In short it is the increased traffic to smenoi mark 5-6K unique visitors a day, the majority of traffic goes to the website photo gallery. The server began to fall, very fast throughput, SAP writes optimize server and website. And to be honest I even XS where to go.

A virtual server.
Bandwidth - 600 GB
CentOS 6 (32bit) ISPManager
RAM 4 GB

centos-release-6-4.el6.centos.10.i686
Server version: Apache/2.2.15 (Unix)
mysql Version : 5.1.67
5.4.45 PHP (cli) (built: Feb 9 2015 14:47:13)

In short, in need of sensible advice.

Solution
you just traffic is a big
enable compression in Apache

and look here, this service from Google
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

it was still possible to do that
  • for a place to put apache to nginx with php-fpm
  • for muscule start mysqltuner.pl
  • caching

: the easiest option
caching to do the main page, rarely-changing pages, or elements, all database pulls and do not need instant data
for a place to put Apache to nginx with php-fpm
for muscule download musql tuner, its recommendations will tell you what to do with the config

to see the code, maybe you have a problem - Aylin.Von commented on July 2nd 19 at 13:37
