What do you say about W3 framework.CSS?

There is a choice between Foundation (for some reason like it better than Bootstrap) and almost ignorant of W3.CSS. You've worked with W3.CSS? I want to try it because, as far as I know, its developers stand at sources of HTML and CSS. Pros / cons compared to the Foundation? What is W3.CSS with cross-browser and support old IE?

Here just wanted to ask a similar question. He is already doing the website for him, I love cross-browser compatibility good. With support for older browsers - don't know.
What we liked:
- lack of JS and jquery.
- wonderful and easy mobile layout
- easy layout responsive templates
- easy to ogasta
- do not need any preprocessors
- easy to change themes, colors, etc.
- sufficiently described.
