Is it possible to find a quality theme for Windows XP in the style of a modern IDE (like Monokai?)?

Now, set a design Monokai in Sublime, Notepad++ and Python IDE. And I wanted to bring the whole system to a single style - that was a dark theme (but not black), in the spirit of Atom'a and Sublime. In the Internet to find a suitable alternative has proved problematic, so there is a question: does anyone have good solutions? Or do I have to collect the subject?
PS.: Also I would like to find a topic for Linux (KDE, Unity or Gnome version).

Solution
For Linux - easy! On DevianArt'e has theme for XFCE, about GNOME/KDE/Unity do you know if they have it, but to find a site with themes for the desired graph. shell - a breeze. I thought you here this will do. In extreme cases, find the folder with the theme, like for you and finished it. This is Linux.

About Windows and - here is more complicated. Customization has always been limited. If you do not find the right topic - you just need to get a researcher internal resources of the application(e.g. PE Explorer) to find the theme files, duplicate it and change the icons color.
