Counting from the date on jQuery. How to implement?

I have this code that outputs some numbers when scrolling.

$('.advantages').viewportChecker({
 callbackFunction: function(elem, action) {
$('.counters__counter--01').animateNumber({
 number: 100
 }, 2000);
$('.counters__counter--02').animateNumber({
 number: 200
 }, 2500);
$('.counters__counter--03').animateNumber({
 number: 300
 }, 3000);
},
});

The script is working, but the customer wanted to make it work a little differently.

So, I will describe the essence, perhaps, someone will push for decision)

Need to get these figures has varied depending on date.
Start date of say 1 Jan 2015.
So, logic.
Need to make calculation, how many days passed from 1 Jan 2015.
Times 1, 2 and 3 for each unit appropriately.

Thus, each day the numbers have to be different and as the work site must always increase.

The server solution is not required, as purely a function of the prop.
