After that you can send VoIP traffic to different providers?

Hello, in the process of developing the service was faced with the task of collecting call statistics and listen to recordings of conversations.

Explain with an example, there is a service which is highly specialized crm. The question of collecting statistics on calls.
The user of our service has softfon on your computer that is connected to someone or telephony (Mango, Beeline, Sipuni etc). The user makes outgoing and incoming calls, our service, in turn, needs to obtain information about the duration of these calls and keep a record of that call. Users of our service can be a lot, and everyone can call through different providers.

Accordingly, how to obtain information on calls made by the clients of our service, the client is ready to provide requsite and TP data.

Found information about Asterisk, but do not quite understand the correct direction I dig.

If users are sitting in LAN and sip/rtp traffic can be wrapped at your service you can read and listen to sip rtp. Otherwise it is impossible. - Elenora_Durgan commented on July 2nd 19 at 13:50
