Screen the laptops and phones are better or expensive IPS monitors — G?

A friend bought an IPS monitor as a gift for 60,000 rubles with IPS matrix and professional and we were a little disappointed when I realized that a cheap laptop and 2 phones on the Android issue more juicy colors. In this configuration, blue is greenish, white - yellowish. And many monitors. How to be? Seen this? Maybe just a matter of habit, and Monique norms?

Be sure to view the settings in the monitor color temperature, gamma and so on.

Professional Monique (if it really professional) to calibrate. For this employed a special person with a special device.
Or buy a spectrophotometer (like the ColorMunki Photo). And if you so desire unnaturally saturated colors, then bought the monitor, where you can switch to Adobe RGB. - Aubree_Kozey commented on July 2nd 19 at 13:55

IPS gives no more juicy, and more accurate colors

About cheap laptop (and it most likely TN) gives more rich colors...
Take a look at the same picture.

Will see that the details that TN is hiding behind a high contrast, making the "more accurate color", eventually fade and barely visible to the eye.

At the same time perfectly visible on the IPS.

In the end, no one bothers you and IPS to twist the contrast and add saturation.

IPS IPS-in - strife.
All depends on the manufacturer of the matrix and the controller of the matrix.
PS: Write the full model purchased.
