How better to sell via a mobile app?

Hi. Guys, help me out! Here's the situation. We are selling e-books. Pay the royalties to the authors. About 70% of the cost of the book. Sell through the website. Want to wash down a mobile app, but the question arose with the sale through the application. If you sell "in app", the rumble, or Apple takes 30% of the amount yourself. So what if the book costs 100 rubles, we must pay 70 rubles pianos and 30 RUB will take the service. And we had no choice. Can be applied to the price of the top 30%, but then the price of the book on the website and app will be very different, that's too bad. And if you run to sell apps on the site, it is ugly and uncomfortable for the user, besides, I heard that the rules of the host application.

The question how to be? Is there a way to sell in my application without taking the user to the website and not have to pay a 30% Commission to Google? There are sanctions on the part of the marketplace if the payment user spent on the website? Do you know how smart people do in such a situation, what would you advise?

Thanks in advance great!

You have the content, potreblenie which is not platform dependent. Same story as with the audio recordings. Google rules in such cases allow the use of third-party payment system.
Take any SDK, connect and collect payment from users of the application.
Thank you very much for the reply. In fact there are doubts whether we are under this case. We have a platform where authors post their books. And they cannot download any fb2 or epub. Read only or only with the mob.app. I.e. it's a book, Yes, her "you can't just take and open it in any other reader" (C) But it can be read either in the app or on the website... does the honey content, which does not depend on the platform... don't know... - justyn.Bins commented on July 2nd 19 at 13:58
: if you, for example, in your app, add advertising and make a version of your app without ads for money, it is then Google will take its share. - Dusty_Grady commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:01
