How to use multiple 3g modems to 1 computer?

Is PC and 4 usb port, one white ip. Is it possible to simultaneously run four 3g modem, receiving 4 network device (virtual) and on each different ip? Is it possible to make this proxy server to which you are connected white ip, and there will be 4 different ports(for each of the network devices)?

Or need to put a separate network card for each usb modem?

white ip I get via cable. Then I want to connect 50 3g modems and make proxies of them. How is it possible to implement? - lelah_Daugherty commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:00
and I don't need simultaneous connection of multiple modems(1 channel). Interested in is the parallel connection of 30-50+ streams(30-50 channels and different ip) - lelah_Daugherty commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:03

If short Windows does not support multiple Internet streaming. Recommend Linux.
For SIM otklanivayus, further development of the question above my pay grade. - delores_Eichmann commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:06
usb over network seems to be can help to resolve my issue. And Linux can easily work - lelah_Daugherty commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:09
