Solution
There's an old trick - using the WebView you may need along with a link to Google "https://docs.google.com/viewer?url={ссылка_на_file.pdf}"() you can save the file to the user print off, and some standard set of functions.
String doc="https://docs.google.com/viewer?url="+link;
webView.loadUrl(doc);
By the way I did - eda.Cole commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:11

so if the PDF will load with the Internet, is your method suitable ? - eda.Cole commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:13
: this is just a library, I do not remember whether there's just a url, but in a pinch, you can download and feed her, watched half or two years ago, at the time it was the smart decision - eda.Cole commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:16

For Android versions >21 you can use PdfRenderer. An example of use can be viewed here
I will try later thanks - eda.Cole commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:15
