How to specify the length nickname IRC server has more than 31 characters?

Tried many IRC servers, almost all that I've found, the length of the nickname by default 9 characters.
I need at least 64 characters, put for example in ircd-hybrid in the settings max_nick_length = 64,
but in the end theirs was the maximum length of 31 characters (extra characters are trimmed from the end of the row).
How to specify the length nickname IRC server more than 64 characters?

IRC limited in this respect. Protocol.

Yuzayte MyChat or Jabber, there are such stupid restrictions present.
Yes, but there registration and subsequent authorization is required - sabina_OConne commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:16
Well, Yes, but without it? The message that needs to come offline. The rights you need to distribute. And a lot of what is needed authorization. - Heather90 commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:19
: irc does not require authorization, there comes to serv create a channel (or go to an existing) , set myself what nick wants. - sabina_OConne commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:22
: I know, but if you need a nick to hold, it is necessary to be perverted with something like NickServ or similar rake. For a corporate party is not the solution. - Heather90 commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:25
