How to make a file download from a mobile app to a website written in Django?

From the mobile app to a website you need to ship the files. In other words, I need develop API to download files, users of mobile applications needs to be authorized and to obtain a permit, interested in the mechanism which it is necessary to develop on the side of Django. Suggest to use the Django-restframework it has authorization obtaining a token. It's not very clear how to implement user authentication from the mobile app and the download.

I mean how to implement it in Django, for example to write c the Rest API authorization token.

Htpp Protocol works the same for all customers. What's the difference who makes GET: browser or app?

in a mobile application you can use curl or similar http library to make http requests as it does a regular browser. the token is usually passed as cookies in response to the request and need these cookies to keep and then send from the mobile app with subsequent requests.

If you only to upload files are going to tie restframework, it overkill - it is easier to use the standard functionality Jangi. A rest api should be used for more complex client-server interaction.
