Where to install the meter for the most precise result?

Hi. I installed then the counter Liveinternet to your site and now I have a question. The counter I installed in the sidebar, which is visible on all pages, consider whether in this case the count of all visitors which visited the site or only count the visitors which went to the main, or necessarily need to install the footer? I note again that the counter is visible on all pages on the sidebar

The meters do not give accurate results. Them look dynamic. Therefore, they should be installed so that it is less likely to interfere with the loading of the website, i.e. before the closing body.
Satisfied users is much more important than counted.

lol. A block counter in the sidebar. This does not mean that the meter is in the sidebar. Counter in JavaScript, and the JavaScript under the footer at the closing body, or pulls a frame from an external server (if the API of the counter - shit).
In any case, the location of the block to work JavaScript has no effect.

On their sites blocks of counters(for example, Yandex.Metric) no widget always put in so that the code can calculate any IP address and was able to view quickly in the statistics.
