How to install .NET Framework 4,4-5 on Windows 10?

There is a problem with the installation .NET Framework 3.5, 4, 4.5, 4.6.
Here this error comes out when installing .NET Framework 4.5:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 is already part of the operating system. The installation of the redistributable component .NET Framework 4.5 is not required.

This problem I understand is very common and why I have not found such solutions which would set me all frameworks. For example, put the Source Tree and see this error. Have you tried these components in the enclosing frameworks and install via the web installer. Did not help =/
When installing version 4, I was able to correct the problem, adjusting the register version 4.0.something-something but 4.5 not assigned.

Judging by the error text, the problem is not that You have not installed .Net Framework, and that it is installed correctly. - roberta71 commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:24
