How to prevent block highlighting when pressed?

Good day!
There is a block with following properties:
#block {
width: 100px;
height: 100px;
position: relative;
}
#block:active {
top: 10px;
}

If in your browser click on this block, it is fully backlit in blue, the alleged depression. From question: how to remove the backlight? Tried to register onselectstart="return false;" - did not work. Prescribed property "user-select: none;" - too did not help.

Please help how to solve this problem? Need to block when clicked does not become blue. Thanks in advance!)

Solution
-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0,0,0,0);
Thanks, helped!) - abdullah_Bart commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:28

Try
pointer-events: none
But this property disables the hover and active. The problem was solved, but by sacrificing others. - abdullah_Bart commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:30

You can still:
box-shadow: none;
Isn't it. - abdullah_Bart commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:32
