Connecting IP phones to PBX ipLDK-300 without a SIP?

A: PBX ipLDK-300, VIOP Plata for this ATS, dev Elastix, ISDN PRI \ E1 from the telephone operator with 8 time slots and a bunch of external number, internal telephone network at +|- 100 rooms
Task: to Organize a gradual transition to IP telephony.
Question: is it Possible to transfer control to a virtual PBX Elastix without attaching a SIP provider using ISDN PRI \ E1 from the telephone operator (the Operator --> Modem --> PBX ipLDK-300)?

Solution
Can be done. The issue of funding. If there are no problems would recommend to buy a card Digium TE235BF to make the circuit "operator(E1) > asterisk (E1) > LDK (E1)," then you can gradually migrate to astrik(have done so 3 times with the Panasonic(3 pieces ) and Meredian)
The option is more budget to buy something like Eltex SMG-2
Please tell me, for system phone LDP-7024D (and other analog):
- When using the 1st option (to buy a card Digium TE235BF to make the circuit "operator(E1) > asterisk (E1) > LDK (E1)") , using Asterisk (Elastix) will go only traffic (audio calls), and configuration of digital devices, conferences, internal numbering will be all also made through the PBX LDK-300? - iliana.Beahan commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:31
LDP-7024D only suitable for telephone exchanges LG ipLDK100..300 to asterisk from connect will not work.
At stage 1, not that not changing the whole operation will be at the LG just between a service provider and a LG stand asterisk.
In Step 2, you can part of the functionality can be added to asterisk for example:
Diaplay(internal number assignment)
conference
- voice greeting
- maintenance of billing
- forwarding
- The SIP trunks
and more
At stage 3 already buy phones for asterisk and install them to the staff. - wilbert commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:34

Option 1
1. Configure the SIP trunk towards Asterisk (Elastix)
2. Set up routing in LDK-300

Option 2
1. Buy charge E1 and connect the stream to the Asterisk
2. You still need to associate LDK and Aster at least for SIP
Sorry for the blatant incompetence, I hope you can answer for SIP trunk is:
- the virtual connection (for example VPN in a local network), that is, adjustment of the equipment without the participation of the Internet telephony service provider (acting as liaison)?
- a virtual connection with the provider (which is necessary)?
I have something quite confused.
----
Call ---> local telephone company ---> (Modem) ---> (LDK-300) ---> (Asterisk) ---> (LDK-300) ---> (internal IP phone user)
Call <--- Local telephone company <--- (Modem) <--- (LDK-300) <--- (Asterisk) <--- (LDK-300) <--- (internal IP phone user)
----
Above a scheme (and so will / would like) LDK-300 and Asterisk. It really done without the connection of Internet telephony service provider? - iliana.Beahan commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:33
Yes, use the stream E1 to connect - wilbert commented on July 2nd 19 at 14:36
