How to display entries for a specific page in WordPress?

Good day!
I got a question, maybe it is strange, I don't know how to formulate it properly.
In General on the website that is on WordPress, there is a page — call it "Page 1".

By default, when WordPress creates a new record, they enter on the main ( except when the settings put the output records on a separate page).
How can I do to record a particular category are displayed on the page is "Page 1" ( the same as in the main, only on the page ).

For example : I Have 80% of the records which should be on the main, but there are 20% who should only get to the page — the "Page 1".

Perhaps there are some plugins that allow you to achieve such a result.
Thank you in advance for the answer!

Solution
Good.

How can I do to record a particular category are displayed on the page is "Page 1"

And why do we need the conclusion on "Page 1"? If You have already created a category, it means that You already have such a page. It is located at: http://адрес_сайта/category/ярлык_категории. It displays only the records from this category.

To exclude entries of certain categories from the home page, you can use the plugin Ultimate Category Excluder or its analogs.
Thank you very much! This is what was needed. - randi commented on July 2nd 19 at 16:44

Form a loop with the desired records and display in the template.
