Html2pdf: how to fix the question marks?

Good evening!

Use the html2pdf library. After migrating to another hosting instead of text displays the question marks. Someone is it? How to fix?

$html2pdf = new HTML2PDF('P', 'A4', 'en', true, 'UTF-8');
$html2pdf->writeHTML($content, false);
$html2pdf->Output('KP.pdf');

Solution
Good evening.
You can fix the encoding setting on the server, the files themselves files, database, etc., etc.
If the server is apache2, the .htaccess, try adding the line
AddDefaultCharset UTF-8
do not understand, I have a regular hosting. There is no access to Apache. Or I did not understand you? - Camylle_Ondricka31 commented on July 2nd 19 at 17:03
: check the encoding, You do not have all UTF-8, and therefore it turns out such Kaka - Henderson_Beat commented on July 2nd 19 at 17:06
