Question on repair of the ESL bulb. Will the lamp to work?

Hello. ESL lamp have a 250 watt, part of the ballast burned out, and 4 of the 8 tubes is not lit. Is it possible the spring in the pipes to flip to another part, the working ?

if the fluorescent light burned in one of the filaments, i.e., its resistance is very high, then the lamp should be changed - will not work (or will but not very stable). one filament for running is usually not enough, and the lamp begins to "click" the outbreaks.
