How to extract the firmware from the PLC SCAT-03?

Fell into the hands of the programmable logic controller SCAT-03.
Google could only manufacturer and a little bit of info:
No more documentation and specifications no.
May be anybody have any experience\ideas as the Belarusian rarity to approach the subject.
What software is needed for programming ?
From the obvious - it is because RS485 rj-11 connector. Adapter is already compressed in the Chinese RS485 to usb Converter.
Does it work with codesys or something else?

I will be glad of any information or ideas.

This PLC is built on a dsPIC33 microcontroller, respectively, the firmware can be extracted only in the form of a hex file, and only if protection is not enforced is not read.
Thanks for the reply! And what do you convenient to use for its programming ? you can of course directly write the firmware for the microcontroller, knowing the schema of the device, but needs to be more convenient options ? - mariana_Brekke commented on July 2nd 19 at 17:06
To write the firmware with the scheme is quite a convenient solution, the MPLAB X environment , language C or ASM. This controller was not designed as a standalone solution and is sold as part of automation projects. - Solon commented on July 2nd 19 at 17:09 if help is needed. - Solon commented on July 2nd 19 at 17:12
