Solution
I turned off in chrome CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY with policy
added file
/etc/chromium/policies/managed/policy.json
where indicated
{
"CertificateTransparencyEnforcementdisabledforurls":[ "com"]
}
in accordance with the recommendation
