As wp is right to do multilingual?

Installed it on a WP plugin Polylang, all the articles translated from these norms. But there is such a point as inscriptions in the template, such as the inscription "Search" in search or "Read More" in the catalog and so forth, that is to say the pattern elements which do not naturally react to change the language the user chooses. What to do to the garbage also translated ?

The Program Poedit + .po files in the theme and plugins
translate the words in the template itself is garbage then the question is that they varied depending on which language the website will choose - Delaney.Tro commented on July 2nd 19 at 17:22
: garbage is to ignore the documentation of WordPress and the technologies used. Is NOT translated IN the TEMPLATE and translation files, format .po + .mo. Make translations into all desired languages, and when you switch the language on the website will catch up phrases in the target language.
