when connected to USB via ttl-usb Converter is determined by the Manager in this way:

Try to choose different driver boards from the Arduino folder. A bug in the driver but leaves the firmware does not flow. Plus in the list arbanowski drivers there is no "Pro mini'.

How to solve this problem?

No problem working with the Chinese Arduino Nano (also c PL2303).

The Board is chip great number of them. Need to see what and download the required driver. he was not experienced, but I read somewhere that the PL2303 has several versions which are incompatible firewood. The best option to communicate with the seller this stuff.

For PL2303 Google a hell of a lot of information and drivers there, but because Chinese drivers are not signed by the Borg, then you must first disable the system authentication drivers, then install them, all this is also well described in Google.
Arbanowski driver will not work, because the official Dooney is not done on a Chinese chip, but third-party drivers are supported.
