Why Spring Boot does not see the html?

Downloaded from https://start.spring.io/ the project Web JPA. Turn on the computer. Next, throw in the folder src/main/resources/static file index.html. Start a project page is displayed. Now, I add a controller

package ru.nevars.bunny.web.controller;

import org.springframework.stereotype.Controller;
import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestMapping;
import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestMethod;
import org.springframework.web.servlet.ModelAndView;

@RequestMapping(value = "/page-login")
public class LoginController {

 @RequestMapping(value = "/", method = RequestMethod.GET)
 public ModelAndView loadLoginPage() {
 return new ModelAndView("page-login");

In the folder static throw page-login.html. When you start varnika on Tomcat that throws this error

Whitelabel Error Page

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

There was an unexpected error (type=Not Found, status=404).
No message available

As for Spring Boot cured this problem?

PS I tried in the application.properties to add a custom path to the folder static. Also tried to put the html pages in another folder and specify the path in property spring.
