How best to do IT blog?

Recently thought of making it a blog primarily for myself, to structure your notes (I know that it has a github gist, but I want the blog). I myself have to impose not really, and I'm too lazy to do it, so I started looking at ready-made solutions - first and foremost, the choice fell on Wordpress, of course. What to use for a blog? Recently read about github pages, but as far as I understand, it is necessary to impose, and templates I do not really like (by the way, can you tell me where to look at it more templates?). I need a beautifully designed code, the ability to insert pictures and comments, attaching its own domain.

Mika, take a hosting with Wordpress and that's all. You can find many examples of successful blogs, sootvetsvuet decorated and there are plenty of Wordpress lessons in the network. To start a trial period with your domain, then charge, if satisfied with the terms of use. An example of a stable platform

The programmer to do a blog on WP somehow... too easy )) but I do not care all to the layout that you bootstrape not do? Blog programmer must radiate its steepness, the neural network it is necessary to fasten anything that would be on the browser version and screen resolution blog itself defines the visitor experience in the IT and in General what color is the underwear of the visitor.
Definitely write himself, on the framework, or something like that but definitely not for a CMS

I recommend blogger (blogspot) from Google. A significant plus for me there is an app for Android that allows you to sync and read your entry offline. Convenient without the Internet, or in places where it is slow.
