How to force Github to build the project Gulp?

Hello. Many times have come across a website on github hosting.io that the repository does not contain connected files and folders, and they are created through the build.
Here is an example folder of the repository:
931661e904.png and f63da80d20.png
The site works via the link *******.github.io/****/index.html"

How to force github to assemble the build yourself?

How to upload to github-pages for several sites?
Thank you for that I know. The essence of the question was, why shows the contents of the folder Build, where as it is not. The link is only General information about hosting. - josia commented on July 2nd 19 at 17:43
