How to make a custom JScript slider images?

Good day,

doing the layout on Bootstrap.
Faced with the need to implement the slider images, unique that I've never met.
The left half of the image gets up, crawls down the right, the text goes to the side.

How much understood, the standard bootstrap slider can move the whole picture only horizontally.
Found another other third party sliders that can move the picture vertically, but complete of the required functionality is not met.
Those that have seen:
owl
swiper
fullPage

Met such a slider? If not, please tell me a guide as to what slider is better to create a necessity for me.

Thank you!

BxSlider - almost completely customizable via its own api.
SlickSlider - easier, but may come in handy.

How to make a fully custom - write from scratch. Fortunately, jquery makes the work much easier. Write in the form of a jquery plugin

So I sat down to write a custom slider.
The idea of sliding images I took from here (option 3):

Prestasi home-made slider made here:

As I started to think how I do it is to combine, found almost what I needed from the very beginning:

This functionality is enough for me.
