What's the difference between these tasks in cron?

Hello, please decode, add jobs in cron via the ISP.

What is the difference between these records?
I need to they just executed, the output is not needed.

wget -O /dev/null -q 'http://site.ru/make'
wget -O-q 'http://site.ru/make'
wget 'http://site.ru/make'

In the ISP the first task the result is like this:
wget -O /dev/null -q 'http://site.ru/make' >/dev/null 2>&1

Do I need then to /dev/null after the -O ?

Thank you.
