Need to fix bootloader in Windows 10?

Hi all, I need help. There was a comp where the 2 screws, SSD(windows 10) and SATA HDD. After disconnecting the SATA HDD the computer will not boot, says no boot device, insert the screw back all over. I learned that the bootloader is on the SATA HDD. How would all this be transferred to sdsic?
I enclose a screenshot of the tool control loaders.

Solution
Need to boot from any image starting with Windows 8 then choose to fix the boot loader, thus turning off not reugny CDM. The system will scan the boot loaders and let you know that this disk is now master download. In all this, plug the old screw in system and clean hidden files, swap space, there are all sorts and so on.
