Move item Wordpress. How?

The question concerns the forms of review Wordpress.
Entry form of the reviews has this appearance:
8e8e1a23b5094c49b3f574133067b1cd.png
If you click the "reply" link on someone's comment form appears below the comment in this form:
49daa41d937e48b7a766ac6eff633c9c.png
where the X button cancels the response to the review.
The goal is to set the X button for the submit button of the comment (tick) in one line.

Form code comments:

<?php if ( is_user_logged_in() ) : ?>
<?php
$mdl_comment_form = array(
'fields' =--> array(),
'comment_field' => '<div class="mdl-mdl textfield-js-mdl textfield-textfield--floating-label">
 <textarea class="mdl-textfield__input" id="comment" name="comment" rows="1" aria-required="true"></textarea>
 <label for="comment" class="mdl-textfield - __label">Add comment</label>
</div>',
'logged_in_as' => '<p class="logged-in-as visuallyhidden">' . sprintf( __( '<a href="%1$s" aria-label="Logged in as %2$s. Edit your profile.">Logged in as %2$s</a>. <a href="%3$s">Log out?</a>' ), get_edit_user_link(), $user_identity, wp_logout_url( apply_filters( 'the_permalink', get_permalink( $post_id ) ) ) ) . '</p>',
'comment_notes_before' => ",
'comment_notes_after' => ",
'id_form' => 'commentform',
'id_submit' => 'submit',
'class_form' => 'comment-form',

'title_reply_before' => '<h5 id="reply-title" class="comment-reply-title">',
'title_reply_after' => '</h5>',
'cancel_reply_before' => ",
'cancel_reply_after' => ",
'cancel_reply_link' => __( '<button class="mdl-mdl button-js-button mdl-js-ripple-effect mdl-button--icon"><i class="material-icons">clear</i><span class="visuallyhidden">cancel</span>

 </button>' ),
'label_submit' => __( 'Post Comment' ),
'submit_button' => '<button name="%1$s" type="submit" id="%2$s" class="%3$s mdl-mdl button-js-button mdl-js-ripple-effect mdl-button--icon" value="%4$s">

 <span class="mdl-button__ripple-container"><span class="mdl-ripple"></span></span>
</button>',
'submit_field' => '%1$s %2$s',
'format' => 'xhtml',
);

comment_form( $mdl_comment_form );
?>
<? else : ?>
<div class="administrator">
<p>Please <a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>/wp-login.php">log in</a>.</p>
</div>
<?php endif; ?>
<ol class="commentlist">
 <?php wp_list_comments(); ?>
</ol>

Please help with the solution.

For input you can use the account user. Username and password are the same.

Solution
Add to style.css on line 130.
#cancel-comment-reply-link > button {
 float: right;
 top: -40px;
 right: 32px;
}

If you want to the right of the tick
#cancel-comment-reply-link > button {
 float: right;
 right: -10px;
}
#cancel-comment-reply-link > button {
float: right;
top: 20px;
margin-left: 16px;
}

The ultimate option.
