Amazon SNS and different Sender ID, there is a solution?

A known problem, and sender ID differ in different countries, despite the fact that was clearly spelled out when sending.

It is treated directly by AWS, this problem was particularly in the European and Australian data centers, they are fixed. In Russia it is still not allowed to access them by the decision of a bug apparently not gained critical mass)) Can contribute and write in support.
